I am happy to accept the following insurance plans:
Premera & Lifewise
It is your responsibility as the client, to be aware of co-payment, deductibles, and any changes to your insurance at the time of services. You can sometimes utilize "Out of Network" benefits if you have a different insurance than the ones I have listed above. To verify - call your insurance company and ask them the following questions:
- Am I able to get reimbursement for an Out of Network Mental Health service?
- What Is the process for reimbursement?
- What Is the reimbursement rate for CPT code 90837?
- Are my out of network mental health benefits immediately or do I have to meet my deductible first?
It is the responsibility of each client to contact their insurance provider to understand what reimbursement options are.

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” that explains an approximation of how much your mental health care will cost in a year. Under the law, health care providers are required to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services. You may ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.
You will need to determine with your insurance company whether I am covered as an out-of-network provider. Our financial agreement is separate from your insurance. Upon request, I can provide you with a monthly statement of charges to submit to your insurance.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.

I offer a free 15 minute consultation to assess if we are a good fit. You are welcome to also schedule an initial session rather than a consultation.
I begin my work with new clients weekly. This cadence helps us get to know one another and have some consistency in addressing whatever is going on for you.
Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance to avoid being billed.
If you would like to schedule either a consultation or an initial session, please use the contact form below! I look forward to connecting with you.
